These terms govern your use of Pixel Studio — the SaaS platform for FiveM communities. By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to what is below. Read it before you spend money.
Pixel Studio is a hosted control surface for FiveM servers running QBCore, ESX, vRP, or compatible frameworks. The product includes a web admin panel, an optional per-tenant Discord bot, in-game admin tooling, a store/orders module, and audit logging.
We host the panel and the API. You host the FiveM server. A small Lua bridge resource bundles into your server folder and connects the two. Setup typically takes under fifteen minutes.
You sign in with Discord OAuth. The Discord identity becomes your account identity. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure — anyone who controls it controls your Pixel Studio access.
Each tenant (your panel) is scoped to your account by default. You can invite additional staff members and assign them roles. We never share access across tenants — every database row is scoped by tenantId.
You are the operator of your FiveM community. You decide who joins, who gets staff, and what content is allowed. Pixel Studio does not police your server — we provide the tools so you can.
You agree to comply with Cfx.re (FiveM) terms, Rockstar Games terms, Discord terms, and the laws of your jurisdiction. We will cooperate with platform takedowns when required by law or platform policy.
Plans are billed monthly or annually in USD. Annual plans include a built-in discount; the price shown on the pricing page is final. Coupons may be applied at checkout if available.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time — your panel stays active until the end of the paid period, after which it moves to read-only and is purged after thirty days unless you reactivate.
When you file an order, our team reviews it before the panel is provisioned. Approval typically takes a few hours during business days. The setup wizard then walks you through brand, framework, bridge install, Discord, and (Plan 3) landing site choices.
On Plan 3, custom website work is scoped together with you before any code is written. You get up to five revision rounds within thirty days of the initial delivery; further revisions are billed at our hourly rate.
Each plan ships with reasonable rate limits and storage caps. We won't surprise-throttle a community for normal operator behavior — heartbeats, screenshots, moderation actions, normal traffic.
We reserve the right to suspend tenants engaged in clear abuse: scripted DDoS against our infrastructure, mass scraping of other tenants, using the bridge to mass-message players outside their server, or sharing tokens with third parties.
You may not use Pixel Studio to operate servers whose primary purpose is real-money gambling, illegal drug trade simulation marketed to minors, harassment campaigns, or content prohibited by Cfx.re. Roleplay communities that include in-game mechanics for these themes within their own consensual roleplay are not the target of this clause.
You may not reverse the platform to extract our proprietary code, attempt unauthorized access to other tenants, or attempt to bypass per-tenant isolation. Bug bounty: if you find a real cross-tenant data exposure, email us before disclosing publicly — we will credit you and pay a reasonable bounty.

Plan 3 custom website work is partially refundable until kickoff; once design or code work has started, refunds are pro-rated against the work delivered.
Your panel data — players, characters, vehicles, audit logs, store orders — lives in our managed database, scoped by tenantId. We take scheduled snapshots; you can also trigger an on-demand backup from the dashboard.
On account deletion, we purge tenant data within thirty days unless legal hold applies. Audit logs covering moderation actions are retained for at least ninety days even after deletion, so that disputes can be reviewed.
We add features regularly and fix bugs continuously. We may also remove or change features that prove unsafe, infrequently used, or operationally unsustainable. Material removals get at least thirty days' notice via email and the dashboard.
Pricing on existing plans is locked for the current billing cycle. New cycle prices may change with at least thirty days' notice. Founding-customer pricing is honored as long as the subscription remains continuously active.
Pixel Studio is delivered as-is. We work hard for uptime and we publish a status page, but we cannot guarantee zero downtime. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost revenue, lost players, missed in-game events, server reputation).
Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is the amount you paid us in the preceding three months. If you operate a community where higher liability matters, talk to us about a custom plan before signing up.

These terms may be updated. The last-updated date at the top of this page is the source of truth. Continued use after an update is your acceptance of the new terms.
